[ Per: N.G. Nandi, J. ] Heard Mr. K.K.Nair, learned Advocate for the applicant and Mr. B.G. Jani, learned Advocate for Opponents No. 1 to 3. Opponents No. 4 to 6 served.
It is stated by Mr. K.K. Nair, learned Advocate for the appellant/applicant Insurance Company that the entire awarded amount together with costs and interest has been deposited with the Tribunal.
In view of the above statement, the execution and operation of the impugned award shall remain stayed till the final disposal of the main appeal.
The amount of Rs. 25,000/- deposited in the main Appeal with the Registrar of this Court be transmitted forthwith to the Tribunal concerned.
It is stated my Mr. B.G. Jani, learned Advocate for Opponents No. 1 to 3 - original claimants that an application would be filed before the Tribunal for the disbursement of the amount deposited by the Insurance Company. The Tribunal is directed to pass appropriate orders with regard to the disbursement/investment of the amount deposited by the Insurance Company as and when such application is made by the claimants.
Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. Rule made absolute.
