(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) Since an affidavit-in-reply has been served on the learned advocate for the applicant today, as prayed for by him, let an affidavit-in-rejoinder be filed within a fortnight from today.
In the affidavit-in-rejoinder, the applicant shall disclose the following:
Immovable properties owned by him as on today.
Immovable properties previously owned and already disposed of, giving details thereof.
Whether he was, at any point of time, an Income Tax assessee and if so, from which the date he ceased to be an assessee.
In the last Income Tax Return, what amount of Income Tax was shown.
Whether he owns any vehicle in his name.
Let the matter appear after a fortnight.
The interim relief granted earlier will continue on the same terms and conditions till February 10, 2012.
