"Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that construction in the proposed parking area has been demlished on 14.6.95 and it is further stated that they have no intention to put any construction thereon. Mr Nayak submits that so far as the question of providing facility of lift is concerned, they will approach to the appropriate forum. In view of this, the order of the collector dated 30.7.95 purported to have been passed in exercise of powers under section 258 of the Gujarat Municipalities Act is quashed and set aside as agreed by the parties. The Special Civil Application is accordingly disposed of."
