(Per : MR.JUSTICE Y.B.BHATT) Heard the learned counsel for the respective parties. On the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer made in para 6(B) is specifically rejected. However, it is clarified that the amount which may be deposited by the applicant - appellant in the execution proceedings may be withdrawn by the opponent - respondent only on furnishing security to the satisfaction of the Executing Court. It is further directed by consent of parties that the deposit to be made in the execution proceedings may be made by 10th August, 2001. This application is accordingly disposed of with no order as to costs. Direct Service permitted.
