Mr. S.M.Shah, learned Advocate for the petitioners states that since opponent No.1 was not found at the adedress, notice of Rule has not been served on him. As far as opponent No.2 is concerned, it has refused to accept the notice and opponent No.5 has already been served with the notice. In view of this Mr. Shah to file an affidavit of the concerned person who has tried to serve opponents Nos.2 to 5. S.O. to 9-1-1997.

In the meantime office to issue fresh notice, to be served by registered post A/D/, to opponent No.2 making it returnable on 9-1-1997.
