(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE V. M. SAHAI) An application has been filed by Mr. P. S. Champaneri, learned counsel appearing for the original respondent Nos.1 to 4 praying that time to return document be extended till 23rd June 2012. As he has informed that seven licenses have been returned to the petitioner and only one license is lying at Hyderabad would be returned on or before 23rd June 2012, we extend the time as prayed for supplying all the related documents until 23rd June 2012. We modify our order dated 19th June 2012 and permit the counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 to return all the documents on or before 23rd June 2012. Similarly two days time is granted for re-crediting process by applicant no.4 DGFT is also extended by another period of three days i.e. upto 26th June 2012.
With the aforesaid modification, this application stands disposed of.
