Pursuant to the order dated 3rd August 1996 passed by this Court (Coram: H.L.Gokhale, J.), the petitioner has deposited an amount of Rs.1,17,830.54 ps in the trial court. A xerox copy of receipt is produced by the learned advocate for the petitioner, which is taken on record.

Rule.

Interim relief in terms of paragraph 3(b). It will be open to the opponent, Cement Corporation of Gujarat Limited, to withdraw the amount deposited by the petitioner in the trial court on furnishing bank guarantee or security to the satisfaction of the trial court.
