(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) Learned counsel for the appellant stated that to to her instruction, the matter has been settled between the parties. Despite her efforts, however, she has not received such instruction in writing.

We notice that the appeal is an old one. Appellant has also not shown any interest in pursuing the appeal, presumably because the issues are settled between the parties.

Under the circumstances, the appeal is dismissed with a liberty to apply in case of difficulty.
