After hearing the learned advocate for the petitioners and after going through the materials on record, we find that the petitioners have made out a strong prima facie case to have an interim order in terms of paragraph 6(B) of the writ-petition. Accordingly we pass such interim order for a period of fortnight from today, with liberty to the petitioner to apply for extension on the selfsame application after service of notice upon the respondent. We pass such interim order being prima facie satisfied that it is a case of exercise of authority exceeding the jurisdiction vested in the respondents under the law.
Direct Service is permitted.
