After hearing Mr. Darshan Parikh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant-applicant and after going through the materials on record, we find that the applicant has made out a strong prima facie case to have an interim order. We, therefore grant interim relief in terms of paragraph 7(A) of the application staying all further proceedings for a period of four weeks from today, with liberty to apply for extension on the selfsame application on notice to the respondent.
