JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by RAJIV SHAKDHER, J.]
1. Pursuant to the notice issued, respondents 1 and 2 have produced the detenue, Ms. Sentamil. Ms.Sentamil is daughter of the petitioner.
2. We interviewed Ms.Sentamil. She says that she wants to go back to the petitioner i.e., her father.
3. Under these circumstances, we set her at liberty. However, in order to ensure that no harm is caused to Ms. Sentamil, the petitioner is directed to present Ms.Sentamil at Chegam All Women Police Station on the first day of every month for the next six (6) months.
4. In any event, the Station House Officer of the Chengam All Women Police Station will also check on the well being of Ms.Sentamil.
5. The petition is, accordingly, closed.
