JUDGMENT / ORDER

By consent of both sides, this writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.
3.This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to release the title deed and other documents which were given by the petitioner at the time of receiving loan as security from the 3rd respondent
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the petitioner has already paid the entire loan amount and therefore, the respondents are liable to release the title deeds and other documents.
5.The learned Additional Government Pleader fairly submitted that if the petitioner approaches the office of the third respondent, he will be provided with the original title deeds.
6. Recording the said submission, the petitioner is directed to approach the 3rd respondent either today (07.09.2017) or tomorrow (08.09.2017) and the third respondent is directed to return the title deeds, since the entire amount has already been paid by him.
7.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
