1. Heard Ms.Yogini Parikh, learned counsel appearing for Mr.V.K. Patel for the applicant and Mr.N.D. Songara, learned counsel appearing for Mr.H.S. Mulia for the respondent.
2. With the consent of the learned counsel for both the parties, the application is taken up for final disposal forthwith.
3. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the both the parties and averments made in the application, the application is allowed. The applicant is permitted to join the Presiding Officer, Labour Court No.2, Near Water Tank, Karelibaug, Vadodara as party respondent No.2 in the main matter i.e. Special Civil Application No.21519 of 2007. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
