RULE.
Mr. Mishra, learned advocate waives service of Rule on behalf of the respondent. With consent of the learned advocates for the parties, this application is taken up for final disposal forthwith.
Considering the averments made in the application and there being no opposition, the application deserves to be allowed. The Presiding Officer, Labour Court No.2, Vadodara is permitted to be joined as party respondent No.2 in the main matter being Special Civil Application No.5885 of 2008.
Accordingly, the application is allowed with no order as to costs. Rule is made absolute in the above terms.
