1. By way of this application, the applicant has prayed for the following reliefs :
"(a) be pleased to allow this application;
(b) be pleased to permit the applicant (original petitioner) to join the Presiding Officer, the Labour Court, Near Water Tank, Karelibaug, Vadodara as party respondent No.2 in the writ petition;
(c) any other and further relief that is deemed fit and expedient in the interest of justice may please be granted".
2. Considering the averment made in paragraph No.1 of the application and upon hearing Mr. Varun Patel, learned Counsel for the applicant that as there is no objection on behalf of the respondent by filing Affidavit-in-Reply, the Civil Application is accepted. The applicant is permitted to add "Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Near Water Tank, Karelibaug, Vadodara" as party respondent as prayed for. The application stands disposed of accordingly with no order as to costs.
