Petitioner for the purpose of obtaining mining permit approached the Kerala State Electricity Board for NOC on account of location of the tower of KESB in the vicinity of the proposed mining area. Ext.P1 is the letter issued by the Geologist to the petitioner. Geologist directed the petitioner to obtain NOC from the KSEB. Petitioner submits that he has deposited necessary fees before the KSEB by Ext.P2. However no action has been taken to grant NOC.
2. In the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the second and third respondents to take necessary action on the application submitted by the petitioner within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
