This writ petition has been filed, seeking to declare the tender notification issued by the third respondent in Malai Murasu Newspaper dated 6.9.2017 as illegal and voidable with consequential direction to the respondents to reissue the tender notification in respect of No.2 Kariyamanickam Panchayat, Manachanallur Panchayat Union, Trichy District for laying road.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also circulated a letter to the Registry to that effect.
3. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
