A.Paraman vs Pitchaivel

Madras High Court|25 July, 2017

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Seeking for a direction from this Court to the Lower Court for speedy disposal of O.S.No.686 of 2015, the present civil revision petition has been preferred by the revision petitioner / plaintiff invoking Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
2. However, considering the materials placed before this Court, it is found that the above mentioned suit is already at the part-heard stage before the Court concerned and thus, it is seen that the Court below is already seized of the matter and endeavouring to dispose of the suit. In such view of the matter, I do not find any reason to issue direction to the Court below to give priority for the disposal of the said suit within a time frame work.
3. Already the Court below has been impressed upon taking up the old cases and other specific cases on priority and to dispose of the same in accordance with law.
4. In the light of the above position, the civil revision petition is dismissed.
To:
The Additional District Munsif, Dindigul.
