When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that as per the directions of the Honourable Supreme Court in Petition for Special Leave to Appeal (C)Nos.11701-11702 of 2016, dated 11.07.2016, the petitioner filed a review application in Review Application (MD)SR.No.30518 of 2016 before the Honourable Division Bench of this Court. The said submission is placed on record.
2. In view of the same, this Contempt Petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to place all his submissions before the Honourable Division Bench of this Court.
