JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that evidence on behalf of the parties have been closed and the suit is posted for arguments. At this stage, the petitioner has filed transfer civil miscellaneous petitions. Therefore, he prayed for early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.196 of 2012.
3. Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Since the suit is of the year 2012 and the same is pending in the stage of arguments, I direct the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore, to dispose the suit in O.S.No.196 of 2012 along with POP.No.110 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 19.06.2017 kj To The Principal Subordinate Court, Coimbatore.
