By means of this writ petition, the petitioner is claiming freedom fighter pension, which was being given to her husband, who died on 23.9.1981.
The petitioner has claimed that she is entitled to the said pension given to her husband from 23.9.1981 till today.
The petitioners' claim has been rejected by the order dated 30.12.2017 stating therein that there is no provision for grant of freedom fighter pension as family pension to the wife. The petitioner has also not provided any provisions which entitles her to the said pension.
In absence of any provisions, no error is found in the order dated 30.12.2017.
The writ petition lacks merit and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
