The present convict-prisoner is in jail since more than fifteen years and the problems mentioned in the application are arising during this one and half year. Otherwise, his jail conduct is good. Considering this aspect, the I.G.Prisons is directed to look into the matter personally and do the needful, if he thinks fit.

With the above direction, this application stands disposed of.
