Bail application of the applicant-accused has been rejected vide order dated 22.1.2014 passed by Special Judge, Gangster Act/Additional Session Judge, Court No.5, Raibareillty.
In view of above, there is no urgency to hear this bail application in summer vacation.
List in the first week of July, 2014 for hearing as fresh before the appropriate Bench.
