JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The present application is filed by the convict through jail seeking temporary bail for a period of 60 days so as to get his wife treated for mental ailment and also to arrange for rental premises for the family.
In the application, it is mentioned that his parents are not alive. He has three children. One daughter is married and another son who met with an accident, when the tempo turtled, no details are given in the application.
