Heard learned Government Pleader. The petitioner has approached this Court seeking police protection as against respondents 5 to 7.
2. Learned Government Pleader on instructions would submit that enquiries were made by summoning the petitioner as well as respondents 5 to 7. It is understood that parties were involved in a financial transaction and Police have directed them to approach the civil court concerned. According to learned Government Pleader, there is no law and order situation as matters stand now. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
