The petitioner, the owner of a stage carriage bearing No.KL-9 H 5408 applied for temoporary permit on the route Anamangadu - Cherplassery. The petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer to direct the 2nd respondent to grant and issue temporary permit to the petitioner's stage carriage bearing No.KL-9 H 5408 on the route Anamangadu - Cherplassery. 2. In the circumstances detailed above, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to grant and issue temporary permit, when the regular permit is pending consideration, of four months duration within one week from the date of production of a copy of this judgment by passing appropriate orders on Ext.P2. Needless to say, WP(C).26779/14 2 such issuance of temporary permit will be subject to any preferential claim.
