Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
Allegation against the applicant is that it is a cross case and one person from either side has lost his life. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the allegation of using fire arm has been made against the applicant. Co- accused Parvez alias Mallu has already been released on bail by this court on 19-5-2010 in bail application no. 11810 of 2010. Role of the applicant has been assigned similar to that of Parvez alias Mallu.
Keeping in view the nature of submissions advanced, the applicant is entitled for bail.
Let the applicant Anwar alia Patu involved in Case Crime No. 1676 of 2009 under Sections 302 I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali Nagar District Muzaffar Nagar be enlarged on bail on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two sureties, each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
