JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Yogendra Kumar Sangal,J.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Learned counsel for the respondent stated that on account of default of payment of loan amount, recovery proceedings have been initiated.
Submission of the petitioner is that the amount sought to recover is not correct amount payable by the petitioner. However, it is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that petitioner is ready to pay entire dues.
Keeping in view the statement made and under the facts and circumstances of the case, respondents No. 2/3 are directed to provide the statement of account to the petitioner within 15 days from today. Thereafter petitioner is directed to pay entire dues in next two months. However, in case of default of payment of dues, respondents shall proceed against the petitioner in accordance with law.
After making payment of entire dues by the petitioner, respondents shall return the original documents of the petitioner submitted while sanctioning the loan.
With the above observations, writ petition is finally disposed of.
