Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA.
Present writ petition has been preferred for a direction to respondents to produce detenue-Sonam Bano-petitioner no.2 before this Court.
Learned AGA on the basis of instructions apprises to the Court that the named accused have already been arrested and sent to jail and chargesheet has also been submitted to the competent court.
Confronted with this, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not want to press the present writ petition.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. However, leave is always open to the petitioners to invoke the remedy as available in law at the appropriate forum/court.
