Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R. K. Vidyarathi, learned counsel for the respondents.
Petitioner has approached this Court with the grievance that though he had applied for appointment to the post of Constable pursuant to recruitment exercise initiated in 2011 but his claim for appointment has not been considered.
Learned counsel for the respondents points out that petitioner was declared unfit in the year 2011.
There is absolutely no justification as to why this petition is being filed after eight years of accrual of cause to the petitioner. Since similar petitions filed before this Court have otherwise been dismissed on account of latches, this petition is also dismissed.
