This special appeal has been filed against the order dated 30.7.2019, passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ A No.11278 of 2019 (Anwar Ali vs. Union of India and 3 others) whereby the said writ petition was dismissed on account of latches.
Heard learned counsel for the appellant, Shri Rajesh Kumar Vidyarthi, learned counsel for the respondents and perused the record.
From the perusal of the record, it appears that earlier also the appellant had approached this Court with the grievance that though he had applied to the post of Constable pursuant to recruitment process initiated in the year 2011 but his claim for appointment was not considered. The record further reveals that he was declared unfit in the year 2011.
There was no justification for the appellant to file the Writ Petition No.11278 of 2018 after eight years of accrual of cause of action.
In view of the above, we do not see any justification to interfere in the matter.
The special appeal, is accordingly, dismissed.
