This revision is filed against the order dated 03-12-2010 passed by the Court of the I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad in I.A No.595 of 2008 in A.S No. 51 of 2008. The I.A was filed for reviewing the judgment in the appeal. The lower appellate Court dismissed the I.A.
Notice before admission was ordered by this Court way back on 01-07-2011 in this C.R.P. It is reported that the sole petitioner died and though a registered letter was addressed to the legal representatives, there is no response from them.
Therefore, the C.R.P is dismissed on reporting of no instructions by the learned counsel for the petitioner. The miscellaneous petitions filed in this revision shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
