Once the Court has declined to interfere with the impugned order dated 19.3.2018 passed by the District Judge, Firozabad, whereby he has rejected the Transfer Application No.379 of 2017 for transferring the Civil Appeal No.27 of 2009 (Yaqoob Ali and others vs. Anwar Ahmad and another) from the Court of Additional District, Court No.6, Firozabad to any other Court of competent jurisdiction, then learned counsel for the petitioners prays that the writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed.
The request is accepted.
The writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
