1. Petitioner had applied for a regular permit, which was declined for reason of an overlap of notified route. Petitioner filed a revision petition before the State Transport Appellate Tribunal, Ernakulam against Ext.P1 order of the Regional Transport Authority. The Tribunal disposed of the revision petition permitting the petitioner to submit a modified proposal. Petitioner submitted a modified proposal as evidenced at Ext.P4. She prays for expeditious consideration of the same and issuance of temporary permit, as applied for, by Ext.P5.
2. If there is no overlap of notified route, temporary permit may be issued to the petitioner, after hearing KSRTC, within a period of three weeks from today.
Writ petition is disposed off.
