Case is called out. No one has appeared for the applicant to press this transfer application, even in the revised list. However, with the assistance of learned A.G.A. appearing for the State, I propose to decide it finally.
The instant transfer application has been filed with the prayer to transfer Complaint Case No.09 of 2017 (Sohel Khan Versus Anvar and others) under Sections 394, 504, 506 and 427 I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali Orai, District Jalaun at Orai, pending in the court of Special Judge (D.A.A),Jalaun at Orai to any other competent court of Sessions Judge i.e. Jhansi, Kanpur,Auraiya, Etawah, Hamirpur, etc.
Having heard learned A.G.A appearing for the State and perused the material available on record, I do not find any ground for transfer of the aforesaid complaint case from District Jalaun to any other District.
The instant transfer application is bereft of merit and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
