Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the records.
Grievance of the petitioner is that the Mutation Case bearing Case No.00542 of 2021, Computerized Case No.T202105440600542 (Anirudha Vs. Bhuteli and Others), under Section 35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 was not being decided. A prayer, therefore, has been made for a direction to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid case.
Without entering into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Mutation Case bearing Case No.00542 of 2021, Computerized Case No.T202105440600542 (Anirudha Vs. Bhuteli and Others), under Section 35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, be decided unless there is any legal impediment, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. The copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
