Heard Sri Mithilesh Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
Having regard to the fact of the case that applicant who was already married, keeping the informant in dark, solemnized marriage with the first informant and then she was treated with cruelty by the applicant and family members,the informant on learning that the applicant is already married and is living with his wife, lodged the instant F.I.R., I find no good ground for grant of bail to the applicant,Anurag Yadav involved in Case Crime No. 444 of 2018 under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506, 377 I.P.C., Police Station Kalyanpur , District Kanpur Nagar.
Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is rejected.
However, the applicant will be at liberty to move regular bail application under section 439 Cr.P.C., if so advised.
