The petitioner is aggrieved by the preliminary enquiry which was conducted by the Supply Inspector. If that is the case, then he may place his case before the Enquiry Officer i.e. District Supply Officer. There is no requirement of changing the Enquiry Officer at all.
The District Supply Officer will not depend on the preliminary enquiry but would enquire the matter independently.
This exercise would be completed within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before the District Supply Officer.
The writ petition is disposed of.
