Heard Sri Alok Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for respondents no. 1 & 2 and Sri Bhupendra Nath Singh, learned counsel for respondent no. 3.
The petitioners in the writ petition are seeking quashing of the select list, copy of which has been filed as annexure-1 to the writ petition. The candidates who may be affected if any adverse orders are passed have not been impleaded in the writ petition.
Learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition impleading all such candidates whose names find place in the select list dated 30.5.2018.
Sri Bhupendra Nath Singh, learned counsel for respondent no. 3 shall provide address and particulars of each of the candidates to the petitioners within a week.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
