Heard Sri S.N. Verma, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Indra Sen Singh, learned counsel for the informant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present anticipatory bail application has been filed by the applicant- Anurag Singh involved in Case Crime No. 103 of 2019, under Sections 452, 354, 376, 498-A I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station- Adalhat, District- Mirzapur with the prayer to grant anticipatory bail to him.
It transpires that the present anticipatory bail application has been filed against the rejection of interim bail by the court below.
Learned counsel for the informant has submitted that the bail application of the applicant is yet to be disposed of by the court below. Therefore, the present anticipatory bail application is not maintainable at this stage.
In view of above, the present anticipatory bail application is, accordingly, rejected being premature.
