Criminal Misc. Withdrawal Application No. 1 of 2018 has been filed by the applicant seeking withdrawal of the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with liberty to file fresh.
In the affidavit filed in support of the criminal misc. withdrawal application it has been stated that the complete order-sheet of the case has not been appended along with the affidavit filed in support of present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. and therefore, the present application be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh.
Prayer made for is bona fide. Accordingly, the criminal misc. withdrawal application is allowed.
The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is accordingly dismissed with liberty to file fresh.
Certified copy of the impugned order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicants after retaining photo copy of the same to be kept on record.
