1. List is being revised. None appeared to press this writ petition on behalf of the petitioner. Sri Anoop Trivedi, learned counsel for the respondent no.4 is present. In the circumstances, we ourselves have perused the record.
2. By means of present writ petition, petitioner has sought following reliefs:
"(a) command a writ in the nature and direction of mandamus directing the O.P. No.2 for not appointing the O.P. No.4 in view of advertisement dated 26.3.2011 and consider the claim of the petitioner for his appointment on the post of the distributor of Rajeev Gandhi Grameen L.P.G. against which the petitioner, O.P. No.4 were called to participate in lottery."
3. Having gone through the entire writ petition, we do not find any ground entitling petitioner for grant of above relief. No interference, therefore, is called.
4. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
5. Interim order, if any, stands discharged.
