Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
The instant petition has been filed for direction upon the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Shahjahanpur to decide case no.531 of 2016, under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, within stipulated period.
From the order-sheet of the case it does not appear that the matter is yet ripe for final adjudication. Under the circumstances, no specific direction need be issued, at this stage. It is expected that the court below shall bring the proceeding to its logical conclusion, in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands
disposed off.
