JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that compliance affidavit is being filed today through e-mode, a copy of which has already been served upon learned counsel for the petitioner per which in pursuance to the order of this Court dated 22.01.2021 the petitioner had appeared before District Inspector of School, Balrampur and the documents, which had been made available by the petitioner, had been examined and subsequent thereto the case of the petitioner has been examined in compliance of the order of the Writ Court and an order dated 23.01.2021, a copy of which is annexed as Annexure 1 to the compliance affidavit, whereby it has not been found possible to appoint the petitioner on Class-IV post.
Considering the aforesaid, the respondents have no longer run in contempt to the order of Writ Court, this contempt petition is dismissed. Notices are discharged. However, the petitioners would be at liberty to challenge the order dated 27.01.2021 before the appropriate court in appropriate proceedings.
