Sri Ashish Kumar Gupta, Advocate holding brief of Sri Abhishek Goswami, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of he writ petition an order against the petitioner has been passed by the District Basic Education Officer and the petitioner wants to challenge that order. Therefore, liberty may be granted to challenge the order passed by the authority concerned.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
This order has been passed in the presence of Sri Ashok Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
