1. Heard Sri Sanjeev Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicants and Sri Ankit Srivastava, learned A.G.A. for the State.
2. This anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants - Anurag Dwivedi & Haashmi, seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.532 of 2015, under Sections -419, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., Police Station -Cantt, District -Varanasi, during pendency of trial.
3. By order dated 20.09.2021, the applicants were granted interim anticipatory bail by a reasoned order. Time was granted to the State to file counter affidavit. No adverse material has come on record as may warrant any modification in the aforesaid order. The order dated 20.09.2021 is made absolute.
4. Application stands disposed of on the same terms.
