Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State respondent.
Petitioner is before this Court with the request to command the District Inspector of Schools, Jaunpur to grant approval to the selection and appointment of the petitioner as Assistant Clerk in the Institution namely Sri Yadvesh Inter College Naupedawa Jaunpur and to ensure his salary month to month.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has informed to the Court that relevant papers with regard to selection of petitioner as Assistant Clerk has already been sent to the office of District Inspector of Schools, Jaunpur on 05.03.2018 but no action has been taken on the same and as such, the petitioner is before this Court.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that in case any such approval is still pending, the same shall be considered and decided by the competent authority at the earliest.
In view of the above facts and circumstances, without entering into the merit of the case, on consent, the present writ petition is disposed of asking the District Inspector of Schools, Jaunpur to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order on the recommendation dated 05.03.2018 within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order before him but certainly after taking call from the third respondent.
