Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. This application has been filed with a prayer to expedite the proceedings of case no. 40 of 2009 under section 125 Cr.P.C. P.S. Kotwali district Budaun pending in the court of learned Civil Judge( Junior Division) Budaun. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that the proceedings of the above mentioned case shall be expedited without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in case the proceedings are not stayed by any other court.
