In compliance of the order of Writ Court dated 5th January, 2021, compliance affidavit has been filed today showing compliance of the order of Writ Court by passing order dated 19th July, 2021 in which vide paragraph 7 it is has been stated that salary of the applicant in consequence of the order of Writ Court has come to be paid and, therefore, order of Writ Court has stood complied with in its and letter, to which learned counsel for the applicant does not dispute.
In view of above, no cause survives. Notices issued stand discharged.
The contempt applicant is consigned to record.
