The petitioner has preferred present writ petition seeking a direction upon the respondents to provide scanned copy of answer sheet of the petitioner bearing Registration No.2000024124, Roll No.16201408149, Series A (OBC Category).
It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that an advertisement was issued by the respondents inviting online application form for the posts of 68,500 Assistant Teachers in Primary Schools in various districts in the State of U.P. The petitioner submitted her online application in terms of the entrance examination. The same was conducted on 27.05.2018. Result of the aforesaid written examination was declared on 13.08.2018 in which the petitioner got 66 marks. As such, in the result she was declared "Not Qualified". It is further contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that she is entitled for more marks in the aforesaid written examination. In this regard, a representation was made by the learned counsel for the petitioner addressed to the respondent No.4 namely Examination Regulatory Authority Allenganj, Allahabad on 27.08.2018. The aforesaid representation was accompanied by a Bank Draft of Rs.2000/- in favour of the said Authority. The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of the fact that a request was made by her before the respondent No.4 on 27.8.2018 but till date no decision has been on the same by the aforesaid Authority.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel accepted notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1,2 and 4 and Sri Shravan Kumar Panday, Advocate put his appearance on behalf of respondent No.3.
With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties and also in the interest of justice, the present writ petition is disposed of finally directing the petitioner to make a fresh representation along with the earlier representation dated 27.08.2018 and also a certified copy of the order passed by this Court today before the respondent No.4 within two weeks' from today.
If such a representation is made, respondent No.4 is directed to pass appropriate speaking order within three weeks thereafter.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
